Bhupendra Singh firm’s founder and mentor holds an extensive experience of more than 35 years in direct taxation work, consultancy, finance and business advisory matters. His area of expertise includes Corporate affairs, Project Financing, Risk Assessment, Internal Auditing and Implementation of IFSC. Currently he leads the Direct taxation practice.
Swati is a Chartered Accountant and her area of specialization is Indirect taxation. She holds a diverse experience in delivering business solutions to clients. Her area of expertise includes IND AS Financials, Statutory Compliance, Income Tax, GST Assessment & Advisory, Bank Audit Tax & Regulatory Filings and Corporate law. Her in-depth knowledge of GST, tax advisory and litigative matters has been appreciated by various clients.
Hemant Garg, a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of ICAI, qualified at just 22. He has rich experience in corporate finance, taxation, audits, and client representation before key tax authorities. He has led international assignments in the UK, UAE, and Singapore, supporting global expansions, compliance, and financial structuring. Hemant blends strong technical skills with global business insight to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions.
